RGN and PHN required for Community PHN services Limerick
- Covering Killmallock and surrounding areas
- Monday – Friday 9-5pm
- Flexibility will be considered
- Own Transport is required
- Must be available to start as soon as possible
- Working alongside PHN colleagues in delivering both clinic visits and domiciliary visits to various service users in the community
- ability to carry out comprehensive assessments of elderly service users etc
- Acute or community experience preferable
- Adult care including dressings /wound care/general nursing care
- Duties include assessments, wound care, injections
- Knowledge of wound care and elderly assessment beneficial but not essential.
- Recent acute experience preferable
