As we say “once a nurse, always a nurse!” We try to break people in very gently. We have a lot of work that entails basic nuring care and a lot of kindness. This enables people to build up confidence gradually and ease their way back into the work force. We would also recommend that people do the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland back to Nursing course.
