Community Team Meath Disability Services require a staff nurse for in Navan Co Meath
- This is a vacancy on the community team
- Nurse for the community Adult team in Meath Disability Services
- Support a current clinical case load for a period of 3 months
- Will entail some community visits to attend to assessments , reviews etc with fellow MDT members
- Monday to Friday from 9.00/17.00hrs.
- RNID or RGN with experience in area of Intellectual Disability
