CNM2 HSE Children’s Disability Network Team Athlone
The Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) provides services for children/young people aged 0-18 years presenting with complex developmental delay and/or disability living in the Westmeath area.
The CDNT is an interdisciplinary team providing a family centred practice model of services in line with Progressing Children’s Services (PDS)
Our team provides services to children (0 to 18years) with complex needs arising out of developmental delays or disability. We provide services in a family centred way under the Progressing Disabilities Model of service.
The right candidate will ideally have experience in Children’s development and working as part of team of professionals working together to help families achieve their goals
- 6 month contract
- 3 days per week (working arrangement can be flexible within a Monday to Friday 9 to 5)
- Location: Athlone
Requirements:
- Registered with the NMBI (preferred candidates would have qualification in Paediatrics, Public Health/Community Nursing, Intellectual Disability)
- Background experience in child development
- Access to own transport
