RGNS RMS and RCNs required for Primary Childhood Vaccinations South Dublin

Covering areas City West, Rialto, and Tallaght (and possible to include the greater Dublin area)

Ordinarily children will receive their vaccinations through their GP via the practice nurse, however for the children who have come into the country as refugees, a substantial amount do not have a GP.

Initially it would be just one day per week and will possibly include some Saturday work.

  • NMBI registration
  • ONMSD School Immunisation Programme 2022-2023 for Nurses, Midwives/PNH vaccinators HSeLand (NMBI Cat1-CEU’s 5)
  • Basic Life Support for HC providers
  • Anaphylaxis HSeLand
  • Anaphylaxis CNME face-to-face
  • Children 1st HSeLand
  • Safe Injection Technique
  • AMRIC Hand Hygiene module on HSeLand
  • AMRIC Aseptic Technique
  • GDPR Guidance
  • Competency Assessment on Medicine Protocol School Immunisation Programme 2022-2023
  • Manual and patient moving
