Social Inclusion (SI) provides care for a wide range of socially excluded groups, i.e. Traveller community, Roma, International protection Applicants, Ukrainian nationals and as required, GMHS/WHS/AHTT / Homeless and any other social excluded cohorts under the remit of SI unit.

- Locations: covering Dublin South/Wicklow (flexible base)
- 37.5 hours available per week for the right candidate
- Travel necessary and own transport essential.
The Successful candidate will:
- Initiate nursing assessment and prepare nursing care plan, implementing and evaluation of same for all SI groups e.g. Travellers, BOTP’s, International protection applicants, Homeless persons and all SI marginalized groups.
- Prioritize workload and situations as appropriate and work closely with the DON.
- Staff nurse in clinical settings / outreach clinics as required.
- Visit IPAS accommodation centers to respond to IPA/BOTP health needs and onward referral to GP. Primary care etc.
- Attend clinical/ management supervision with the DON
- Support Primary Health Care Traveller Projects (PHCTP) and SI services.
- The role is not limited to above.

- Previous GP practice experience beneficial
