HSE North Lee Community Care:
• Staff Required: Community RGN
• Location: St, Mary’s Primary Care Centre
• Ideal Start Date: 24/11/2025
• Timeframe: 12 weeks
• Shift Days: Monday – Friday (37.5hrs per week)
• Shift Times: 08.30 – 16.30
• Role Details: Working in the community providing wound care, palliative care, initial assessments post hospital discharge and assessment for home support services
• Requirements: Access to a car and a full clean driver’s license
