We are currently recruiting 3 RGN’s for the National Ambulance Service.
The role and purpose of the National Ambulance Service is to provide a clinically appropriate and timely pre-hospital patient care and intermediate care service.
Pre-hospital emergency care and intermediate care services are provided as an integral part of a continuum of care for patients/clients,
and there is a requirement to work in partnership with other health care providers in both Scheduled and Unscheduled Healthcare Services.
Clinical Hub Advisor - The role of the Clinical Hub Advisor is to provide clinical assessment and management for 112/999 calls utilising appropriate
clinical triage within the NEOC care pathway, operating the new ‘Hear & Treat’ model so that patients are directed to
the service that best meets their needs, which may not be an emergency ambulance response or transport to an Emergency Department.
The Clinical Hub Advisor will provide assessment, medication advice and health information supporting individuals to access the appropriate
level of care required including advice as to the management of symptoms at home where clinically appropriate and in line with agreed protocols and procedures within the Clinical Hub.
- Based in Tallaght, Dublin 24.
- 24 month contract through Nurse on Call.
- Shifts are to cover 7 days a week hours of business between 8am – Midnight.
