In 2005 Nurse on Call, Ireland’s leading nursing agency, were appointed by the Irish Health Service Executive (HSE) to recruit 1000 nurses for immediate deployment in Ireland. The HSE, has operational responsibility for running Ireland's health service.

To be eligible, applicants should have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in the specialized area
- IELTS Academic 7.0
- Be eligible to register with An Bord Altranais (The Irish Nursing Board)
To be eligible to register with ABA your programme of education and training must have been not less than 3 years in length or 4600 hours
And
The programme must have demonstrated a balance of theoretical and practical instruction of not less than one third theoretical instruction and not less than one half clinical /practical instruction.

. Nurse on Call will not allow any of our agencies to charge the nurses a placement fee. The nurses will only be paying for their application to An Bord Altranais (The Irish Nursing Board) ,medicals and visa. The clients will pay for the nurse's flight to Ireland, the return flight to India at the end of their contract and six weeks free accommodation while on training. Contracts are for two years and are renewable. We can offer immediate deployment for candidates with An Bord Altranais' six week decision letter.
