Nurse on Call is pleased to announce that from 14th March 2011 we will be the sole supplier of agency nurses to all HSE hospitals/worksites and HSE-funded hospitals for all HSE regions with the exception of HSE West.
Nurse on Call are also the sole supplier of agency nurses for HSE Homecare in these regions.(see regions below)
Nurse on Call are also the largest supplier of Nurses and Carers to the Private Hospitals and Nursing Homes. Major Private Hospitals include Blackrock Clinic, Beacon Hospital, Bon Secours Hospital (Dublin, Cork & Kerry) Hermitage Hospital, Mater Private Hospital, St Vincents Private Hospital and many others.
Nurse on Call will not be sub-contracting to any other Agencies. If you wish to work in any of the following Hospitals after the 14th March 2011 you must be registered with Nurse on Call.(Interview details after list of Hospitals)

New applicants should bring:

- Manual Handling Cert.
- CPR Cert.

- List of all previous addresses (for Garda vetting)
Elder abuse and infection prevention and control course are available free of charge on the day of interview (if you do not have these certs). (duration approx 1 hour each).
Please note that the from 14th March 2011 maximum permitted HSE rates apply.
I would like to give everybody a few clarifications on the new agency contract starting on 14th March.2011.
1.There is no change of terms and conditions with this new agency contract .Anybody already on our books will not have to sign or change anything. Anybody who works after the 14th March 2011 through Nurse on Call will have accepted the HSE rates .Anybody joining our agency will be on the same terms and conditions as our existing agency staff.
2. Weekly payroll. We will continue to automatically pay the 8% holiday and the public holiday entitlement.
3. We will not be subcontracting to any agency so all nurses in all HSE regions bar the west must be signed up with Nurse on Call if they wish to work in all HSE Hospitals/work sites and to HSE funded Hospitals in our regions.
4. Nurse on Call are also the sole supplier of Agency Nurses for HSE Homecare in these regions(please tell your friends who may not want to do Hospital work )
5.There will be endless work available all over the country.
6.Anybody on lines please just continue to book your lines.Every thing will remain the same except it will be done through Nurse on Call.We will back pay all time sheets to the 14th March 2011 if you haven't joined us in time so no one need worry.
7.Yes the application form is a pain to fill out but it just complies with the high standards required by HSE and HIQA .(It only needs to be filled out once)
8. Agency work is counted for incremental credits.
